Fantástica estancia . Estuvimos alojados dos noches y solo podemos decir cosas positivas del hotel . Precioso edificio en el centro de Úbeda . El personal del hotel siempre atento, servicial y amable , su trato fue excelente. Agua de cortesía en el minibar de la habitación. Magnífica relación calidad- precio. Desde luego volveremos .

Reúne todos los requisitos para calificarlo de excelente: muy céntrico (en la plaza del Ayuntamiento), en un precioso edificio renacentista con un patio interior magnífico sobre el que se accede a las dos plantas, habitaciones amplias, muy limpio, decorado con gusto a juego con el edificio, dos inmensas camas muy cómodas, desayuno surtido y variado... y el personal. Te facilitan por correo previo dónde aparcar (al lado, en Santa Clara) hay un aparcamiento público gratuito y los coches quedan recogidos de 12 noche a 7 mañana). Ah, un hotel con muy buenos precios.

No he llegado a ir, ni siquiera he podido reservar. Tengo un cofre regalo, que claramente una persona ha pagado para regalárselo, el hotel no me alojaría gratis. El cofre es para una noche, pero quiero reservar un fin de semana completo y pagar la diferencia, pero al decir que tengo el cofre regalo, todo son dificultades, me dice que tiene que consultar y me volverá a llamar. Tengo que llamar yo porque no me devuelven la llamada y todo son largas y excusas de nuevo, le explico que he consultado una página web actualizada y que este hotel está entre los que ofertan en el 2021, quiere decir, tiene algún tipo de contrato o acuerdo que están incumpliendo. Mi asombro e indignación llega al máximo cuando lo escucho REIR *********mente mientras yo le estaba dando mis explicaciones.

Hotel cerca de los principales lugares y plazas a visitar. Situación privilegiada y muy cerca de los bares. Todo excelente, amabilidad del personal, comodidad, decoración, limpieza. Un hotel muy bonito. En general, el hotel perfecto para cuando se visita Úbeda.

Fin de semana con amigos y un trato del personal excepcional, las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias . Tiene una excelente ubicación en pleno casco histórico y en una plaza tranquila, accesible a toda la ciudad.
