Los apartamentos están en el pleno centro de úbeda, en un caserón historico totalmente reformado. Son amplios y confortables, decorados con piedra y amdera y un amplio ventanal que da a la Plaza Primero de Mayo. La cocina está totalmente equipada.

El apartamento es grande, muy independiente funcionalmente, situado en plaza 1 de Mayo con bonitas vistas al pórtico gótico de la Iglesia de San Pablo a través de dos grandes balcones. Tiene un salon/cocina grandes y bien amueblado, dormitorio suficientemente amplio e independiente. El cuarto de baño es grande aunque mejorable. Mejoraría de forma significativa si se eliminase la bañera, tan peligrosa e incómoda para determinadas edades y se sustituyese por un plato de ducha. Y mientras tanto, al menos se resuelve dónde colgar la alcachofa de ducha. Otro aspecto mejorable sería cambiar las toallas de baño por unas que sean algo mayores que las de las manos y la colocación de toallas para bide. Por lo demás, todo muy bien.

Departamentos en la plaza 1 de Mayo, muy central, muy tranquilo al lado de la calle real de los bares y cerca de las atraciones turisticas, muy recomendable para familias. Dispone de todas las comodidades y muy central.
