Pontos Positivos: quarto amplo, cama boa, TV Smart, funcionários bem educados. A noite pedi uma pizza bem gostosa e barata. O bar oferece bons drinks também. Pontos Negativos: barulho muito alto no encanamento. Cobram estacionamento a parte.

Esperava mais! Apesar da gentileza e cordialidade dos funcionários, precisei de ajuda por que tinha acabado de ter meu celular furtado, estava chegando na cidade e não consegui usar o telefone pra avisar a minha família que havia chegado. Mas o quarto é excelente e muito confortável, café da manhã muito bom e farto!

Em termos de serviços de quarto e limpeza tudo super ótimo. Mas imagine um hotel lotado, com 2 elevadores e somente um disponível para todos os hóspedes... não estava quebrado, pois foi usado esporadicamente. Um grupo de cerca de 10 garotos com suas famílias estiveram desde sábado pela manhã até segunda usufruindo das instalações do hotel, em especial a área de bar com as mesas tornando esse espaço numa arena de futebol, um clima de estádio. Vocês devem avisar que a área social da piscina é aberta a eventos com direito a som, uma total falta de privacidade. Garotada subindo para a piscina de roupa e tênis, parte 2 da arena. Único problema foi a ausência total de um gerente que pudesse garantir uma qualidade satisfatória de estadia a todos os hóspedes de forma equitativa duranre estes dias.
