Em relação o hotel, achei que o atendimento pudesse ter sido melhor.
Sobre a Trip, totalmente decepcionado com o ocorrido. Mesmo com as confirmações da hospedagem, a TRIP não enviou ao hotel essa confirmação da reserva. Só pude entrar no quarto após diversas tentativas.
E para piorar, sem condições contato com a TRIP via telefone.

Padrão IBIS de sempre, justo pelo preço. Quartos e banheiros limpos e organizados. Atende bem seus objetivos.
Positivo a localização, bem próximo ao Center Shopping
Único porém é o estacionamento, apesar que não é cobrado, é apertado e tem poucas vagas
