Equipe super atenciosa, educada e prestativa. Higiene otima, cafe da manha com otima variedade. Cama bem confortavel. Obs: precisei usar o ferro de passar e tive dificuldades quanto a tomada (parece que o buraco na parede é menor que o pino do ferro. Talvez se o hotel tivesse um funcionario para passar as roupas seria mais interessante); A velocidade do wifi no quarto estava baixa (precisei ir ao lobby para usar internet mais rapida). O hotel tambem poderia dar shampoo e condicionador naqueles frascos pequenos

A estadia no hotel de um modo geral foi excelente. Mesmo sendo um hotel de rede, ele é acima da média dos concorrentes. Os quartos são ótimos com camas confortáveis. Não deixe de incluir o café na hospedagem, pois vale muito a pena. A equipe da Simone e Alessandra são muito atenciosas no café.

Tudo perfeito! A começar pelo excelente atendimento da recepcionista Elis que já nos fez sentir em casa! Tudo muito limpo e aconchegante! Café da manhã excepcional. Meu filho é intolerante a lactose e foram muito atenciosos oferecendo várias opções exclusivas para o café da manhã dele. Decoração linda e quarto maravilhoso. (Quarto familiar 511)
