Faites attention lorsque vous prenez une douche, il n’y a pas d’eau, problème de canalisation mais à part ça très beau cadre restaurant gastronomique, dommage qu’on peut pas faire un choix sur le menu on doit se fier sur la composition du chef

Château DE MASSILLAN is an ideal place to rest. The staff is attentive and professional. The rooms are very well appointed with good bedding. The restaurant is beautiful with incredible food and sumptuous wines, well done to the sommelier and chef. A thought for the girls at the exceptional massage spa. We will come back.

Massillan Very beautiful castle and vast estate. Top catering and equipped with catering very close to the customer; simplicity. Our favorite. Very beautiful spa and divine massages. Professional staff but it depends on certain services. A**osphere a little cold by standard sometimes (reception and Spa administrative staff lack friendliness.) Big disappoin**ent for the bridal room (number 15) given the price (€400 per night and more). Few electrical outlets, Large room but very old with low-end damaged laminate flooring, very noisy. The room needs to be redone (some traces of aging on the walls and doors). Difficult to flush the toilet! Do not come by electric vehicle, only one outlet in 4 was in working order. Shouldn't a 4-star hotel offer this service? Finally, for our third night, we arrived at 6:20 p.m. this Sunday to finish at the Spa which was supposed to close at 7 p.m. Well already closed! Also confirmation from reception that it was indeed properly closed. No excuses, no comments. In the end, we came from Brittany to this 4-star hotel, reserving the most beautiful room for a budget of over €2,000 with two evening meals and breakfasts plus a Spa afternoon for three nights. We are disappointed because it falls short of our past experiences (service/quality/price ratio) despite a beautiful environment and high-end dinners. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recommend the accommodation to our friends. Besides, no one asked us after our departure what our impressions were or if we had had a good stay!!! Lack of training or would the customer not be a priority? As a reminder, we are in a 4 star hotel!!

Very nice establishment, not bling-bling, well thought out, well maintained and with respectable organic and sustainable development values. We had come looking for some rest in a beautiful, quiet place and we were served. We have noted the references of Biotex bedding. This feeling of total care and good support at all levels won us over. We are going to invest in a new bed! The price of the night is entirely in relation to the services and the location.

A magnificent setting, top-notch staff and the spa not to be missed. We will come back for sure. A stroll at sunset in the park to dream of. The pinnacle is taking into account the diet. We recommend.

We really had a very good experience at this establishment. Charming place, very competent and welcoming staff, exceptional quality of the products offered (breakfast/evening meal). Small downside for the SPA, there were a few too many people in the reserved slot. I recommend !

Quite disappointed with our stay. The value for money is not there. Odor problem in the room. We had to ask for a change even though they were aware of this problem. The staff seems indifferent to the comfort of the customers. At breakfast, no hello. On the other hand, the catering is good

At 250€ per night no one helps you carry your luggage on arrival One of the two people on the phone was really not friendly The bathroom faucet in the room with terrace which is really not practical and needs to be opened using a towel to be able to turn it constantly The wifi connection which beeps a lot No restaurant open near the hotel on Wednesdays and Thursdays in February and the hotel services are quite expensive for the quality The welcome, the infrastructure, the quality of the spa trea**ents are exceptional The castle itself is splendid The place is perfectly peaceful The room with terrace provides an incredible decompression bubble

Well indicated if reduced mobility to be accommodated in the annex with elevator. Obviously the rooms are only available from 4 p.m. and before. Beautiful site with a huge park. Very beautiful architecture. Not very warm welcome on arrival but the other hostesses made up for this important detail of being well received. Pleasant lounge for a drink. Room in the castle very beautiful. Please note the bathroom is not closed and opens into the bedroom. Free kettle and soft drink tray. Good bedding. Very good dinner including produce from the vegetable garden. Excellent breakfast. Spa at extra cost, very pleasant with a plus for the herbal sauna. THANKS
