Also confirmation from reception that it was indeed properly closed. No excuses, no comments. In the end, we came from Brittany to this 4-star hotel, reserving the most beautiful room for a budget of over €2,000 with two evening meals and breakfasts plus a Spa afternoon for three nights. We are disappointed because it falls short of our past experiences (service/quality/price ratio) despite a beautiful environment and high-end dinners. Unfortunately, we will not be able to recommend the accommodation to our friends. Besides, no one asked us after our departure what our impressions were or if we had had a good stay!!!
