La vie cappadocia cave hotel is very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean, peaceful, safe and convenient. The location is not in the busy area so you can sleep peacefully. The room is warm in winter. I can be naked in my room when the temperature is below zero outside. The bathroom is clean. Warm water is hot enough. The owner “Fatih” is very friendly, nice and service minded. The staff are willing to help all kind you need. He will always be there for you. The terrace of the hotel has very nice view. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Breakfast is nice too. A lot of nice restaurants, bar, antique think you buy around the hotel. You can walk safely. I am a woman alone here. And everything is ok. Highly recommended

The facility was very good specially the owner of the suite was very helpful and the hospitality was very good. I really recommend others to stay in the La Vie Cappacodia Suites.

Very good hotel! Uchisar Castle is nearby and there are many shops around. The cave room really feels like a cave and the kids loved it. Highly recommended for first time visitors to Cappadocia👍

Very damp room and can smell mould. The de humidifier was full after 1 hour. Tried to keep out of the room as long as possible. Not great if you suffer from Asthma. Friendly staff and great view from rooftop though. Checked out after 1 night

It’s a very cozy hotel with a very charming terrace that faces Göreme’s valleys in the heart of Uchisar. This place is great for couples and families. It’s located on the very quiet street 5 min walk from Uchisar castle! The breakfasts were delicious and Fatih was very hospitable and helpful!

I rented a suite with a jacuzzi. 1. When I first entered the hotel, I really didn't like the administrator and his friend or maybe employee either. They were not very polite and somehow looked suspicious. We entered the room. The stuffy, damp, damp air hits your nose. It feels like you've entered a hammam. It's pretty clean inside, but in some places you can see that the room has been "lived in". And despite the fact that it's a suite, there are no toothbrushes and just a bottle of drinking water (so as not to drink from the tap). Although in the hotel where we stayed before, twice as cheap, a regular room, there was a 1.5 liter bottle. It was very cold in the room. We went to the administrator, I asked him to somehow make it warmer (he doesn't know English at all, we used a translator). He somehow chuckled discontentedly, grumbled something and said that he would do it, and he did. After 40 minutes the room became warm) I also asked for drinking water. He said that they didn't have any, and if necessary, we could buy a small 0.5 l bottle in the minibar. There are no windows in the room, and the ventilation in the bathroom is broken, so it's very stuffy. After 30 minutes in the room, we smelled a strong cigarette smell. I opened the door, and it turned out that the administrator and his friend were smoking right next to me, because they have a "smoking area" there. When I said that we were drawn to the room, they answered very rudely.. "we have a smoking area here, what do you want, go to your room". We decided to take a jacuzzi. And it turned out to be broken. We called the administrator, he poked and poked, and said.. oh, sorry, it's not working. This was the last straw and I asked to speak to the boss. They connected me with someone, I started asking what was going on there. To all my complaints, I was rudely answered, and told that... "boy, calm down and go to sleep, we can't help you now, if you want, leave." True, a couple of minutes later the administrator brought two 0.5 bottles of drinking water, and another 20 minutes later a bottle of wine and glasses, "as an apology", but we did not take them, because we do not drink. In the morning it turned out that the breakfast here is very meager. Very little and not filling. For two, about a quarter of a tomato, a quarter of a cucumber, an omelet of 2 eggs, 5 pieces of bread, 4 pieces of three types of cheese and a couple of jams. For example, in another hotel, where we stayed for much less money, in a regular room, there was a real buffet and very polite, wonderful staff. Conclusion: Very rude and dissatisfied, unfriendly employees (in the kitchen, by the way, and another admin the next day too. Apparently this is their thing). The services provided are so-so. You can only stay for one night, because sleeping in a cave is not very comfortable, and it is more of an attraction.

Everything was good and friendly, the rooms were clean, all amenities were available, a comfortable bed. One thing confused me: the voucher indicated late check-out, but the hotel owner refused to provide it. I don't even know if this is a mistake of the booking service or the hotel provides incorrect information, since I took this into account when choosing a hotel, but it turned out to be untrue

Just checked out of the hotel. Mixed feelings. Pros: very nice hotel, I liked both the atmosphere and the decor in the rooms and the hotel. I love small hotels. Room 10 here We lived in a cave room. No windows. The room was very humid. Things were slightly damp (especially when I was getting ready for a hot air balloon flight in the morning, it was cold in these things, but the jacket was warm and fine). Breakfast: served to each guest on the table: several types of cheese, fresh buns (instead of bread, very fluffy), half a tomato, half a cucumber (all sliced), and a bunch of additives: olives, two types of olives, honey, jam, cherry, apricot, grape jam (syrup?), tea, coffee, dry cream, omelet. In principle, it is satisfying, but you will have to wait a little if the boarding is full. There is a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley. The upper terrace has a minibar - beer, wine, soft drinks. And it was sooo atmospheric when they started to light a fire!!!! The owner Fati tries to please and help. He rented us a bike nearby at the neighboring rental, took us to the bus station (you can bargain))), and gave me a gift that I asked for, for this a special THANK YOU!! Of the minuses: the voucher says that check-in is from 10:00. We arrived, and early, at 8:30. No questions asked, we waited until 10:00. We had breakfast for an additional fee. Tea and coffee were free. But. When 10:00 came, the room was still not vacated. Like wait until 11:00. I was not satisfied with this situation. Then why even have a voucher?!? Fati suggested that we wash ourselves in another room for now. I agreed so as not to cause a scandal. My husband and I washed ourselves, rented a bike and left so as not to spoil our vacation with a scandal and waiting. Although Fati tried to settle everything peacefully. Well, how can you leave here if we were on the road all night and just wanted to lie down in our underwear and lie down. Okay. Leave. We arrived at five o'clock, the room is ready, but the luggage, as it stood in the aisle, is still standing. Then he helped to carry it in. And again - the next day, when we were supposed to leave, we had in our voucher - LATE ARRIVAL AT 14.00. , to which Fati says to me - well, people are arriving, also early, we should vacate the room. Seriously?! We talked about this for a long time with him, I did not give in this time. As it is written at 14.00, that is when we will leave. It was very unpleasant. We left at 13.00. Of course, he hugged us, thanked us, but in reality it was completely different. This is already the second hotel where they treat rooms like this: either leaving early, or changing the room, apparently it is a common thing. If this does not bother you, then in general the atmosphere is very pleasant, cozy, very quiet. And not far from the mountain. There are cafes, restaurants, even a bar with cocktails higher up.
