Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit Einzelhäusern und komfortablen Zimmern. Sehr freundlicher aufmerksamer Service.
Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksangebot, sowie gute Gastronomie.
Wegen Personalmangels waren allerdingds nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet. Schade !!
Golfplätze (2x18, 1x9) und Service im Proshop empfehlenswert.
Ingesamt ein interessanter und entspannter Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und möchten das Hotel gern weiterempfehlen. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und es gab keinerlei Probleme mit Wartezeiten und fehlendem Personal. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Nicht ganz überzeugen konnte das abendliche 3 Gänge-Menü. Hier fehlte uns Geschmack und Würze. Etwas veraltet sind TV und Duschkabine aber diverse Erneuerungen sind erkennbar.

Das Golfhotel ist, von der Unterkunft her, auf einige Häuser verteilt. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr sehr aktuell, aber sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus sind Rezeption, Bar und Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, das Abendessen als Menu ebenfalls. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts 3mal Buffet, vermutlich wegen zu wenig Personal. In der Bar mussten wir teilweise sehr, sehr lange warten. Essen, Personal (wenn anwesend) Sauberkeit und Ambiente waren hervorragend. Die angrenzenden, beiden 18-Loch-Golfplätze waren auch in phantastischem Zustand. Das Hotel ist sehr, sehr schön und gut, auch wenn an Kleinigkeiten gearbeitet werden müsste und einfach mehr Servicepersonal benötigt werden würde.

Ich komme schon seit ca 15 Jahren und als Golfspieler ist alles top. Plätze, Wellness, Saune, Massagen und auch die Lage und Ruhe des Hotels. Allerdings kann ich das Panorama Restaurant nicht mehr empfehlen. Ich habe geschlagene 45 Minuten gewartet bevor die Vorspeise geliefert wurde. Die Rinderhüfte war zäh und ungenießbar. Also besser im Steakhus oder der Alten Schule( Italiener) buchen wenn Sie Halbpension gebucht haben.

With its 25 years the hotel is outdated and the rooms need a facelift. Food is not very good, rather mass ware, especially the breakfast lacks a fresh, healthy and higher quality offer. The big plus are the two intertwined hilly 18-hole golf courses. That made up for the shortcomings.

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gern in das Balmer See Hotel und das nicht nur wegen der idyllischen Lage. Die gesamte Anlage ist immer sehr ordentlich und sauber, der Wellnessbereich ist großzügig und für Entspannung genau das Richtige. Auch das Essen ist sehr gut, besonders das reichhaltige Frühstück. Es sind auch viele kleine Dinge, welche den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Diesmal habe ich meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert und ich bedanke mich sehr für die Aufmerksamkeiten. Uns gefällt auch, dass das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Wir fühlen uns hier wie zu Hause. Danke!

Sehr idyllische gelegenes Hotel mit tollem rund um Service. Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Blick über den Golfplatz. Mein Freund und ich haben nix mit Golf am Hut, aber es war auch so ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit leckerem Frühstück, bis hin zum 3 Gänge Menü. Saubere Zimmer und ein tolles Service Team runden den ganzen Aufenthalt ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
