We had booked through a travel agent and were due to stay at another hotel in Ucluelet, but a few days before, had notification to say they were having to move us. Initially, we were disappointed, but the apartment we had here was absolutely amazing!! The best in 3 weeks in Canada. 2 bedroom unit, main bathroom and lovely en-suite. Good kitchen, well equipped and nice living room area, with a view of inlet. Could live here!! Hot tub on the balcony. Parking is a bit tight, get in where you can and we were at first floor level, which was fine for us, but if struggle with mobility and carrying luggage maybe an issue. The weather was a bit hit and miss so we tended to use the car, but you could walk into the town.

Beautiful oceanfront suite. The outdoor hot tub in winter was by far the best. Staff was very friendly.

While the marina is cool.. the building facing the bay would have been nicer.for sure. The room needs blackout blinds. It was so bright, so early. Construction noise was occasionally loud. Reminder the deck is a soaker not jacuzzi tub No food on site

Great units... nice and spacious... has everything you need.. been staying here a few years now... a little dated and the beds are very hard but those are minor details... beautiful on the water.. lots of wildlife all around.. we will always come back

I did like the tub on the deck, cooking facilities, comfortable bed, warmth of the place, and coziness of it. The view was amazing. However, what didnt impress me was a huge cobweb right in the open between the kitchen and the hall. As well as major dust and old food under the hide-a-bed,hair in the tub, and dirt, mold and blood(pink in color) under the rim of the toilet. I believe the bathroom needs to be the cleanest part of a unit/hotel room. I also noticed nothing had been whiped behind on the counter top in the kitchen.
Maybe im a little picky when it come to cleaning, as my parents owned a resort for 30 years, and i did house keeping in a hospital for years, i just think when a person pays that kind of money, it should be clean!
Also, parking should be assigned to each room with numbered parking spots, as i have a terminal lung disease and their was no handycap parking anywhere that i could see. We had to park one building away as visitors took our parking spot.
We did have a good weekend, and would probably stay again. I hope this helps them to check up on their house keeping sraffs work more often.

Wonderful stay- fantastic views, perfectly quiet, full kitchen, welcoming staff. Loved the hot tub, fire and wildlife spotting. Can’t wait to return!
