奈良盆地から伊勢に至る山中に分け入ると点在する盆地や集落。さらに吉野・熊野に至り個性的な温泉はいくつもあるが、こんな立派なアルカリ泉があるとは知らなかった。白馬八方の「おびなたの湯」などを思い出す。 山に向かって昔からの宿・食事処が揃っているらしいが温泉は一番下の駐車場横、源泉はすぐ裏らしいが、日帰り入浴ゆえに他には何があるか見ていない。

部屋は，広くて清潔。 高台にあるので，景色がすばらしい。 黄砂・PM2.5 がなければ，窓を開けて外を眺めたいところだ。 古い施設という意見は間違いだ。 ヨーロッパなんか，築100年以上の建物だらけだ。 ここは，築半分にも満たないし，改装もされている。 温泉は，ヌルヌルして，温度管理もいい。 １人１泊２食 ¥10000 あまり，旅行支援ならもっと安くなる。 しかし，料理がいただけない。 夕食も，朝食も，出来合いの品が多い。 全般に塩辛すぎたり，あまり味がついてなかったりする。 出汁以前の問題だ。 湯快リゾート最安値の宿 (恵那峡) 並だ。 要するに，食事は，お値段なりということだ。 貧乏日本。 これでも，たくさんの客が喜んでいる。 地元の人たちには人気の，公共の宿。 接客や，館内の飾り付けについても，公共施設らしく，手間ひまも，金も，かけられてない。

駐車場は広く止めやすかった。 和室に宿泊したが、１階だったため、景色は期待できなかった。 設備、備品等、細かいところにまで配慮しており、好感が持てた。 ソフトドリンクは、無料で、チェックアウトまで利用可であった。 大浴場は、宿泊客専用で、泉質は、とろとろで無色無臭のアルカリ泉で、気持ちが良い温泉であった。しかも夜通し入浴可は、素晴らしい対応。サウナは無い。 夕食は、会場にて喫食するが、内容は、どこにでもあるような料理で、昔の国民宿舎レベル。茶碗蒸しのだしも効いていないし、刺身もスーパーで買ってきたレベルのもの。 湯上り場所に、アイスやヤクルトを置いたり、配慮の後が見られるものの、肝心の夕食が不満であった。 朝食は、バイキングで、それなりのおかずが並んでいたが、ごく普通のレベルであった。 夜食に、カップラーメンを配布等、努力は認めるものの、まずは、夕食のレベルを上げてほしい。

建物は古く、食堂も狭いが、宿泊したTwinは広々していた。 食事、風呂は普通であるが、アメニティー、ウエルカムドリンク、湯上りドリンク、アイスなどで健闘している。

施設は古く露天風呂やサウナも無いが、お湯が良く夜中でも利用出来て良かった。 アメニティや浴衣・ウェルカムドリンクや夜食用カップ麺など色々とサービス面では頑張っている。 貸し出し枕などは数が少ないので後から借りに行くと無かった。 食事が接客含め残念なレベル(どんどん低下している) 朝食バイキングの惣菜に髪の毛が入っていた 料理がスムーズに提供されない 洋会席の先付けがゲロ甘で、後の品が美味しいいただけなかった
