Good and decent hotel at this price. Clean and big room. Food also good. Only reason i am not giving 5 star is that even after asking for a hard bed, they didn't provide one. I was told they don't have harder beds. Every big hotel should have at least one or two hard bed options for travellers with back problems

The hotel is decent place to stay in kashipur but not a luxurious hotel. They really need to work more on the washroom cleanliness. The food is very good. So overall decent stay.

The property is nicely built with much open lush green area and the rooms too are big. However, the rooms & lobby's cleanliness needs attention as the cleaning services are very slow. The room we stayed in were to be cleaned again but were never cleaned as the staff was busy in other marriage function arrangements. So felt bad as we too have paid for the hotel & the services. Overall the property built is good architecturally and the rooms elite but the cleanliness and maintenance of property (washroom fixtures and external areas/floors) much need much improvements.

Food is ok, toilets are bad, n drainage is not there, staff don't wear gloves n masks. Left after only 1 day of stay, booking ws fr 2 days.
