Marco, Adalberto and Antonio Thank you very much for welcomed us with so much affection and friendliness. But a special thanks goes to the beautiful Concept, the ''REINA'' of the bar. Each morning he welcomes me with great smiles and cocktails me with her delicious coffee. I will miss our pleasant conversations made even more beautiful by her stunning accent Sicilian so warm and joyful that to me, I also from the South, makes me feel even more at my home. I think the management deliberately choose 3 over 4 stars hotel. With small ”improvements” it could easily be a 4 star. Hotel is located a couple of minute walking distance from center of the city and parking is free and vast. Nevertheless l would like to mention two things. First the check-in. The only info we got at the check-in was ”the room in on third floor”. And thats it. Never experienced something like this in all my life. Ever. The second is breakfast. The staff is quite friendly and options to choose from at the buffett table are ok. But.. The staff is making so much noise Inside the kitchen talking and joking that you have issues hearing your own thoughts. Quite unconfortable and something to address to.

I have to complimente everything but a little criticism: a bottle of welcome water in the room is due for a hotel of this level. spacious room and bathroom with a beautiful shower, all new! A very comfortable breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and salty. Other advice: put the cups for express coffee and not only those of the cappuccino, we are in Italy and not abroad drinking declitter coffee ... Very good at the reception too

Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room. Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad. Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved.

We arrived in 35 in Udine, including 7 children and 4 adolescents for a wedding and we literally invaded the hotel ..... efficient and effective staff and especially very patient... we were really good... The structure is nice but some design details could create some disturbances (like the glass bath door, if you light and somebody sleeps lights almost the room) But the important thing is that the stay was very pleasant We'll be back .........and it's not a threat 😜

I stayed with my husband a night in this beautiful structure, carefully treated in every detail and especially managed with great professionalism and attention.
