Nice lobby set up and always received big smile and greeting by the staff when ever i check into this hotel. My 3rd times staying this hotel, very clean and well maintenance. Room is so cozy with a nice king size bed. The basic necessity is all in the room. The location is very convenient for me, mall is just by the side and walking distant to other food choice or even pub if decide to have a drink. Is always mine 1st choice staying here if coming to udon thani.

High standard, very clean, some banging noises at night from another room probably had problems with the wardrobe like us

"Very clean, hygenic and spacious rooms, Decent food not far from shopping mall, Most city point are close by.
Good for leisure or business traveller. Staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely think this hotel rated **** is the right choice"

gym close too early,.it should be opened 24 hours. room sound proof must improve also. and toilet floor quite slippery.

Great hotel for family. Most value for money option in udon in my opinion. It’s renovated from an old hotel so toiletries are not first class
