The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the water park with slides was a huge hit with the kids – they had a blast! The breakfast spread was extensive, and the front desk staff were very welcoming.

For a 3 star hotel it was great. The water park was a blast for the children. The room was huge but quite empty, no plug in the bathroom and only 1 wall hanger for wet clothes whoch was a slight problem.

I loved this place. Amenities are unmatched in this region of Thailand! A family's dream stay. Breakfast was great. The restaurant in general is excellent! Kids enjoyed the water park, and everyone enjoyed the basketball court and gym. Thank you and we'll see you again in a couple weeks.

I had to pay for two days but plans changed any tryed to he a refund. I was told no refunds.

The room is clean, good foood, free gym and pool. All was great

our whole floor smelled of ********* due to someone smoking in their room. Im with 2 children and paying 3500 baht a night. Buffet breakfast was a 3/10

The kids loved staying at 9D hotel! My only complaints was the cafe not having coffee or smoothies even though they were on the board. And I wish there were just a few more options for kids at the breakfast.

Good hotel and have facilities for family and quiet good gym.

This is our second stay in the hotel and the whole family loved it here. Breakfast is really good too which they try to have something different everyday. Really good.

The sport centre is well equipped. Water Park seems water level too low. Restaurant breakfast is good with a lot of variety.
