I would definitely not recommend the hotel. For a hotel in this price range, you shouldn't have to pay a late check-in fee without prior notice. Since we arrived after 9:00 p.m., we were informed of this at check-in. We never received a confirmation with the price, although the receptionists told us and could not prove it until we checked out.
The staff behaved very unprofessionally and almost rudely. Italian hospitality definitely looks different to me. From the 25 € fine for late arrival, even 50 euros were booked after we left, even though we had only booked 1 room!
At €250 for a standard room, there is no free water or coffee in the room, which is already the norm for a 2 star hotel. Omelette or orange juice will be charged additionally with the included breakfast. Total rip off. Never again. You can find better hotels outside of Como for the same price and above all no unfair and untrue business practices.
Avoid the hotel.

È magia....i trattamenti sono molto professionali....rilassanti e ti riescono a fare vivere momenti di vero relax....la camera ottima ,la pulizia,ottimo lo spazio,bagno e doccia comodo per chi è in sedia rotelle,doccia apertura ampia.... La colazione abbondante e ricca....ho cenato,un servizio cordiale,e il cibo eccellente,per ciò che ho scelto io. Il personale gentilissimo,accogliente e ti fanno sentire a proprio agio. Grazie per questa fantastica esperienza.

Difficilmente si trovano strutture e accoglienza di tale livello con tale rapporto di qualità prezzo. Pulizia ottima e servizio del personale eccellente Consigliato a chi cerca tranquillità, coccole e ozio. Servizio ristorante molto buono. Grazie a tutto il personale e a presto!

Ho soggiornato insieme a tre amiche per una notte presso la tenuta. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella e la spa raccolta e piacevole. La colazione top! Le camere molto accoglienti anche se avendone occupate due abbiamo potuto notare una grossa differenza in metratura nonostante il prezzo fosse il medesimo. Una enorme caduta di stile secondo il mio parere non solo non lasciare all'accoglienza in camera dell'acqua gratuita, ma soprattutto fare pagare 5 euro l'eventuale utilizzo di due cialde da caffè: per 280 euro a camera almeno un'acqua e un caffè farebbero miglior figura a offrirlo ... proprio una brutta figura. Altra nota decisamente dolente la presenza di sole 3 docce divise in due spogliatoi dedicati alla spa. Lo spogliatoio che ci hanno dato modo di usare oltretutto era raggiungibile solo attraversando in accappatoio (e bagnati naturalmente) la reception. Insomma, tanto spazio molto mal sfruttato. Prezzi di un certo tipo dovrebbero assicurare un certo comfort di base. Detto questo, l'esperienza è stata comunque piacevole.

Gentile il personale, stanza eccellente, ottima l’area piscina/saune. Vista splendida. Unico punto debole: il ristorante: prezzi alti, porzioni piccole, qualità mediocre. Inoltre potrebbero risparmiarsi le conferenze di presentazione dei piatti che non interessano a nessuno. Ma ormai questo è il trend.
