Hotel Imperial...best hotel in ujjain in reasonable amount They gave proper services on time Here we also meet the front office desk They are very cooperative and supportive They are ready to gave hospitality on any time I really appreciate them specially Kirti and Irfan

Dirty, not cleaned sofa and table. Informed not to make food spicy as it was for my child but in turn it was made too spicy. Food bill was 824 and while checking out they have shown one common bill of 1086. While de***ding the break up bill, they are confused. That means main bill and break up bill were not matching. Had a terrible experience. Not at all courteous staff. Very blunt and rude staff. They were not ready to accept their fault also.

Worst services ever experienced. Food quality was not good and even the staff was not at all attentive. The food was not served hot, when complained they said “khana to thanda ho he jato ha”. The receptionist was also very rude. Won’t suggest to go there. It’s not value for money.
