Staff are good and cooperative. Wash room very clean and tidy. They provide free pick up from station and drop to mahakal during off time. Free of cost. Its an added advantage ambience of breakfast room very poor. Mattress is not so comfortable. Overall it's an average or slightly below average hotel. Not suited for person looking for luxury hotels for stay

Toilet was stinking. There was no wifi, despite requests nothing was done. Basic amenities were missing. Staff was cordial but it's of no use when the main person pass the buck to the technicians and other staff. Not worth staying, much better options available with same teriff.

Very rush area nearby hotel and difficult to go outside with family and not clean room, breakfast food is same in all day, amenities is ok,

Food quality is zero. They serve locally procured cheap food. Washrooms are not so clean. Very small and suffocated rooms. Staff is not much active. You have to remind them again and again for everything. Surrounding locality is also not good. You may find much much better hotels in this price in entire ujjain

Very poor location, not easy to access. The street is only 8-10 feet wide full of scooter crowds. Even e- riksha can't approach there.
