Clean for a downtown motel in the heart of Ukiah. Great access to shops & food. Pool was well kept. Check in was clean. Room was clean. The down was the complimentary breakfast. No eggs, no meats, all they had was dry cereal, white toast and beverages with yogurt & old bananas.

Veryhelpful person (Nick) at the front desk. Gave excellent suggextion for a good restaurant where we had dinner.. The room was clean, comfortable and adequate.
