The receptionist was so helpful. Nice breakfast. The shower is not separated. When u take a shower all around is going to be wet.

One of the more affordable hotels with a good reception and free breakfast, in the city of Ulaanbaatar. Rooms are fully furnished, spacious and comfortable. A very good choice for budget travelers.

I was surprised to be shown a room that was either occupied or hadn't been cleaned yet. For smokers, this place is a paradise, as there are ashtrays in the rooms. The opposite is also true, so I wish there had been non-smoking rooms available. Also, be aware that the location on Google Maps is incorrect. Other than that, everything else was fine.

ok good, clean hotel. Finally, we got a hot shower in Mongolia after days of not having a shower, huhu. But the hot water is extremely hot, tried many times to adjust the temperature, but to no avail. The bed is all good, the breakfast is so so.

The room was very clean. However, probably due to recent renovations, some electrical outlet covers were missing, which could be a safety hazard. The ventilation in the non-air-conditioned room was poor; I hope more exhaust fans will be added. Also, the fan provided in the room had very weak airflow, which needs improvement.

Great room. It is very wide for a solo traveller. The breakfast is great too.
I just don’t like the woman in the reception who is not very patient to tourist who speaks English.
Maybe hire someone who is very patient, and not someone who says, “No english!”
