Very good

Expensive but service is slow. Breakfast should be improved.

It’s in a good location and overall it meets my expectations of what a 5 star hotel should be. Room is big enough and has a good view. Finally, loads of options for breakfast. Definitely, it’s the hotel I would stay in whenever I plan to visit Mongolia again.

Everything was excellent, nothing was wrong. The minor issues with the room were solved immediately. The price is much higher than other hotels in the city, but it is rare and expensive. It is indeed unique among the hotels in the city. The quality of breakfast can be improved.

The facilities are probably the best in the area, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is rich. However, the service awareness and efficiency need to be further improved. We arrived at the hotel reception at 4:00 pm, but the room was not cleaned yet. We waited until 6:30 pm to get the room card. The reception did not arrange reception service during the waiting period. In addition, the breakfast service staff were not enthusiastic enough and their service attitude was average.
