Good location and nice staff. Cleanliness wasn’t what I was expecting for the price paid and hotel rating. No outside noise so it’s easy to sleep well. Overall it’s a decent enough hotel in a good location, too expensive to be considered good value for money.

Paid for rooms with breakfast but 1 one the days I went down there were no breakfast service in the hall. Was told to order and they will send it up. End up my breakfast never came and I had to call and complain but the lady over the phone just hanged up on me. Last time patronising this hotel

The room was lovely. Just a heads-up, Ulaanbaatar traffic can be very bad, so make sure to allow plenty of extra time when heading to the airport.

Amazing staff, front desk went out of their way to help us contact the airport to get our lost luggage sorted. breakfast space was modern and open, good food options and a lovely clean atmosphere
