Over crowded, unorganized, bad smell and rude. Half of their specialty rooms are non-operating. Waited 3 hours for a 10 minute scrub, then waited 30 minutes After my appointment time which I also reserved 3 hours ago to get a massage that has damaged my back muscles that is now in pain. After massage went to get a soup at the restaurant where I’ve waited 45 minutes until my lukewarm “Banshtai Tsai” came out… Never again. Waste of time.
