About a ten minute walk from the main square. The hotel is comfortable, modern. It adjoins a large shopping centre, there is also a 24 hour mini-mart next door too. Front desk staff all speak good English, however they are a little bit lacking in knowledge about transport options for getting to the airport etc. The floor tiles in my bathroom were broken and consequently the floor felt a bit unstable. Overall though I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay.

The hotel is located on a major street, so the breakfast served with Korean food was also satisfactory.
Convenient to use as CU and Caffe Bene are also located in the hotel.
However, the Wi-Fi connection did not work well2

I don't know because I haven't stayed at other hotels in Mongolia, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and the front desk. The Korean restaurant on the 5th floor is also delicious haha.

Once upon a time the hotel was probably one of the best, but now it’s barely a three. It's all because of the service. Room cleaning only upon request. Replacement of accessories and everything else was also brought at our request.
I really liked the location of the hotel.
The staff is responsive and responds immediately.
