The transportation is convenient, on the main road, the location is easy to find, and it is convenient to eat around. The check-in to the hotel went smoothly, but when I was checking in, I encountered a middle-aged and elderly tourist group, which was a bit noisy. The major disadvantage is that the room we stayed in has obvious decoration irritating smell (it seems to be caused by the back of the bed and the wall veneer). I endured dizziness and uncomfortable eyes for one night, so I negotiated with the hotel and cancelled the next three nights. Place to live. Please check the decoration materials seriously.

The location is in the new district, not far from Wanda Plaza. Buildings are being built nearby and the construction lasts until 12 o'clock at night, which is quite noisy. The room was reasonably clean. I personally feel that the bed is too soft and the pillow is too high to fall asleep, so I finally put the quilt on the floor and slept. The breakfast doesn't match the name of the hotel. Steamed buns, fried dough sticks, eggs, millet porridge, pickled vegetables, and the uncle at the entrance of the restaurant is still staring at your meal coupons for fear that you will eat them. The most worth mentioning is that there is no escape route or poison mask behind the door of the room in case of an emergency. This hotel does not seem to be considering safety. In short, the price/performance ratio is not high.

The second time I stayed at Baiquan Villa, the hotel environment is very good, the room facilities are perfect, especially the bathtub in the big bed room, just washed away the ash in the afternoon, the hotel service awareness is very good, there are questions and needs, the first time to arrange door-to-door processing. Unfortunately, I arrived late, there was no random bed room in Block D, and the big bathtub there was more comfortable for two people to soak together. However, the shoe polish cloth was perfectly cleaned up for a family of three leather boots that climbed the volcano dusty for a day.

It was a nice and cool stay because of the hot springs and spas. I did not expect that the room I booked was a smoking one so I had to talk to the front desk on duty to ask if possible to change my room into a non-smoking one. Sadly, I was told that all rooms are smoking. The room was comfy enough if not because of the cigarette smoke. There was no hair dryer in the room but I had to go to the public area of women’s floor and bath just to dry up my hair. Upon Checkout, I had communication problem with the front desk staff since I paid the room online I was surprised that they charged me again. I made it sure that I booked and paid online. It took me like an hour or so to solve the issue. I’m grateful to the people who had helped me translate. To the staff on duty thanks for the patience, I know it was hard for you guys to speak English but kudos to all of you. Great efforts are appreciated. All in all the place is good for family weekend and or gatherings and outings. I’d definitely be back but I won’t use their business class room ever.
