Very difficult access (very little or no parking near the old town). Ordinary breakfast, low quality ingredients and very little cooking. The staff and manager seem constantly under pressure and stressed. These are not the best managerial methods that can promote the climate of serenity demanded by customers on vacation. Happy staff, happy customers...

The location is certainly intriguing (specific to being in the fortress area), however the hotel is situated directly above a ***** of nightclubs— it’s EXTREMELY loud until about 1 or 2 am. Might as well have been clubbing ourselves. Even with the ac on, ear plugs, and white noise playing from our phones, couldn’t drown out the music enough to sleep. I wish we had been aware of this aspect prior to booking.

We came across this hotel by chance and it was a stroke of luck. It has a great view over the beach. The receptionist was very attractive and knew what she wanted straight away. However, the party in the village was very loud and I couldn't sleep properly.

L'hôtel est magnifique et idéalement situé avec une belle vue sur la baie et la mer. La piscine est très agréable et le personnel sympathique et serviable. En revanche la qualité des prestations n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu, ménage des chambres sommaire et poussière sous les lits non fait. Support de douche cassé, problème de pression d'eau, eau bouillante puis froide, petit déjeuner pas très original et de mauvaise qualité pour la standing de l'hotel, les plats sont bons mais malheureusement il manque souvent des produits et certains plats ne sont pas très copieux par rapport à certains. La ville de Ulcinj est à fuir, nous ne reviendrons pas.
