Residence Apartments

We spent 2 nights at this hotel in July Great newish aparthotel is close to Velika plaza (great long sandy beach) You can approach it across a narrow street the parking place restricted and got full soon mainly in peak. The room was amazing. Large, clean, new. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Bar/Restaurant`s looks good, but this is only positive what I can say about it. Do not eat there. Positive: Close to the beach and restaurants, Newish aparthotel with large, clean rooms. Friendly staff. Negative: Small food and drink choice with unexpert waitress. You can buy only bottle drinks ( no cocktails, fresh juice, no draft beer.)

Beautiful , luxurious hotel. It has its own parking lot, there are cameras at the entrance to the hotel so your car is safe. At the entrance there is a reception where a very nice young man named Benny is waiting for you , he is always ready to help you and make your stay in the hotel and in the city beautiful and pleasant. He gave us a map of the city on which he drew us which are the most beautiful places in the city and how to get to them. The hallway is beautiful and there is a hand sanitizer on every corner. The rooms are spacious and clean (we were in room 204 which is a comfort double room). The room has air conditioning, refrigerator, TV (only with German channels) and coffee maker. the bathroom is clean, you will find soap and shampoo on the sink, it is equipped with a hair dryer, towels and a toilet. The room also has a terrace with a table and two chairs and a tumble dryer. On the roof of the hotel there is a gym, SPA and restaurant. The SPA is free for hotel guests but you must book in advance at Benny. Try to book SPA when the sun goes down. The hotel is petfrendly but with exceptions (contact them before departure, they respond quickly to messages). Near the hotel there are mini markets, pharmacies and restaurants (my favorite in Ulcinj is Lovac).

Very charming and and super friendly hotel a stone’s throw away from Monte*****’s best beach, the 10,5 km sandy Plaza Velika There are only positive things to say about Residence Apartment Hotel. Everything was impeccable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly (Benjamin at the reception is an angel). The rooms are bright and tidy and the location is perfect, tranquil yet close to the beach and the restaurants (including Rest. Lovac which is by far the best and oldest in the area). Residence Apartments is highly (!) recommended!
