An very nice place to stay in Ullapool and I have to say, we all felt that it was one of the best welcomes we've ever experienced. So sorry that we didn't take a note of the person's name, but to identify him he is from Australia. He was just so helpful and made us feel really welcome which is always a great start to any stay. The rooms are a little small, but they are very pleasant, clean and functional and the bed is very comfy. The breakfast was exceptional with such lovely, helpful staff that it really added to the a**osphere and our stay. The hotel looks out onto the loch and is set in a lovely garden. The hotel doesn't offer dining facilities, but you can sit in the lounge with a takeout and admire the views across the loch. A home from home.

A very warm welcome from Luke. A lovely room with a fantastic view of Loch Broom. Good bed and facilities. Nice breakfast selection and lovely staff. Good parking facilities . What more could one ask for? We will be back. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and clean. A nice walk into Ullapool not very far. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. I would have given it a 5 star if coffee was available before 7:45. If you have a tour booked for 8:30 you feel very rushed. The view of the loch and harbor are beautiful.

We had a wonderful one night stay at Harbour House. The view out our window was beautiful. Our room was well-appointed and very clean. Breakfast selections were plentiful and our cooked breakfast choices were delicious. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly.

We arrived late afternoon and was greeted by a very friendly guy from New Zealand, we were offered a welcome drink (whiskey or sherry) which was a nice touch, this is a B&B and has no bar, however you are more than welcome to bring in your own drinks (glasses and ice provided) and even a takeaway. The view from our room window was great. We were directed to the Royal Hotel, for dinner, the meal was lovely, and so was the service. Breakfast at the Harbour House was great, as is it’s location. Would definitely recommend.

Delightful one night stay in the charming Harbour View cabin. Lovely view, comfortable surroundings, plentiful amenities, and friendly staff. Wish we had been able to stay longer. Room and bathroom were clean. Multiple seating options. Mini fridge with freezer compar**ent that even had wee ice trays. Hot water. Modern bathroom. Views and views and views. Peaceful. Very close to a nice little town, to include a Tesco grocery store and a Jet petrol station. In the main hotel dining area we had breakfast of a delectable salmon with eggs. Would love to visit again.

A great find! Comfortable room with access to a large lounge area with fantastic views of Loch Broom. The staff were excellent and keen to make sure guests felt at home. No evening meal option but the Royal Hotel 5 mins walk away was recommended and provided an excellent meal. The breakfast at Harbour House was also really good and served in a breakfast room with Loch views. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

The room is probably the tiniest room I have stayed in in the last 15 years. Was clean and tidy but not for larger ppl. There is no bar . There is no Tv in the communal lounge , there is no fridge available in the hotel anywhere . Breakfast is a big space and full breakfast is very very greasy. Easy parking.
