For a modern hotel, the amenities are very poor. The room is very small, with no refrigerator, no wardrobe, and no bottle of water in the room. And there’s a strange “parking policy” that favors electric vehicle drivers.

Avoid the restaurant at Lily Country Club I eat out a lot at high-end steakhouses, but this hotel restaurant is a joke. 540 NOK for half a meal and a waiter who clearly didn't want to be there. The service was a mess. I wasn't even asked how I wanted my steak cooked; I had to track down the Maître d' myself to tell them. That’s Steakhouse 101. I asked to remove the pear, dumplings, and bearnaise. I obviously expected the rest of the sides listed—like the artichoke chips, garlic emulsion, and crispy sourdough—to actually show up. Instead, I got a plain steak, some asparagus, and a scoop of dry mash. No one said a word about the rest of the items being missing, yet they still charged full price. The waiter was visibly annoyed by my small adjustment to the order, and then had the nerve to "compliment" me for finishing my plate in a totally patronizing way. The Maître d' was professional, but the rest of the staff are clueless. If you're staying at this hotel, save yourself the frustration and just order McDonald’s on Foodora to your room. At least then you'll get what you actually paid for.

I had an amazing stay here this weekend — everything exceeded expectations. The service, the room, the spa, the people, the atmosphere, the food, the breakfast, the bar. I rarely take the time to write hotel reviews, even though I spend close to 80 nights a year in hotels. This was a true highlight

Just one night booked a room with small balcony and very small size of room funny thing after putting luggages there is no way to move . Under than room ,all did great . front desk very welcoming , bar was very cool we had our wines there resturant side was so great so may variety food as a choice of selection in the breakfast . we also had very taste full burger at lunch , Pitza at dinner. Thanks to Ibrahim manager of the restaurant all well served by his staff enjoyed a lot
