Es war im Hotel (sowohl im Zimmer, im Bad, wie auch im Frühstücksraum, im Aufzug und im Fluf) sehr unsauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Das sehr junge Personal ist bemüht und freundlich. Die Zufahrt ist schwer unscheinbar, wie auch die Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage nur auf den 2. Blick zu finden ist. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen, benötigt eine Grundsanierung.

Keine Klimaanlage trotz fernmündlicher Zusage. Empfangspersonal spricht kaum deutsch und kann deutsch nicht lesen. Außenjalousien dauerhaft geschlossen und ließen sich nicht hochfahren und sind ebenso wie die Fenster stark verdreckt.

Leider war das Zimmer komplett dreckig. Auf allen Oberflächen waren Schmutzreste, eingetrocknete Joghurt Flecken, Tee Flecken, das Tischtuch war fleckig, die Fenster waren über und über mit Handabdrücken und schmierigen Spuren übersehen, der Boden war nicht gesaugt und das Laken war mit einem großen frisch eingetrockneten Blutfleck (?). Auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich ein neues Laken, der junge Mann an der Rezeption war auch sehr höflich und bemüht und mir ein Getränk als Kompensation angeboten. Dennoch würde ich dieses Hotel eher nicht empfehlen, da ich mir nicht sicher bin ob die Laken oder Handtücher gewechselt wurden, wenn das restliche Zimmer in einem so schlechten Zustand als gereinigt übergeben werden.

The outside leaves you wondering if you made the righ choice and getting in was a bit of a challenge. But once inside the room was cleam, up to date and very comfortable. The staff was nice.

The hotel was very clean and in a nice location. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Abdel. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and always had a smile on his face. He made the hotel stay feel like home!
