I use it as a cost-effective accommodation when I come to Ulsan. It is relatively clean and the bedding is good. The location is close to the city and Jangseungpo, so I think it is a good accommodation for a family trip.

The room was very clean, quiet and nice
I deliberately went to a place with a fitness center to exercise, but I was very disappointed because there were no benches.
Parking was good and quick for doing ballet, but the 5,000 won parking fee was a bit disappointing.
The breakfast was served on the table, so there seems to be a difference of opinion.

Above all, the location was great. I didn't request breakfast because I wanted to sleep in, but thanks to that, I slept well. I asked for cleaning, but they didn't do it, so it was a bit disappointing, but it was bearable for two nights. The towels were a bit smelly so I was a little concerned. It was inconvenient because the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Overall, it's good so I think I'll use it again.
