호텔이 청결하고 아주 좋았습니다.!! 그런데 보일러가 제대로 안되어 있어서 약간 추웠네요. 옷 따숩게 입고 가야 할 것 같습니다 ㅡ .. 그 외에는 가격 대비 좋았습니다

It was nice to stay comfortably. The owner was kind. However, I was surprised that cockroaches came out of the room... It seems inevitable due to the nature of the building.

지은지 오래된 건물인데 관리가 잘되어있습니다.
벽이 얇아서 복도방음이 안되지만
곰팡이없는 화장실, 먼지없는 숙소, 끈쩍이지 않는 주방, 냄새안나는 냉장고까지
관리가 잘 되고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다.
엘리베이터가 없는 게 흠이라면 흠이지만
유럽에서 겪었던 것들(?)과 비교해보면 아주 훌륭한 도미토리였습니다.

여러 차례 울산에 가면서 느낀 결정적인 문제점은 숙박비가 높다는 것이었다. 사실 이곳도 이런 점에 따라 도저히 숙소 상황이 좋지 않다면 부산이라도 가야 할지의 상황에서 긴급 검색으로 알아낸 곳이지만 시청 인근으로 태화루, 태화강 국가정원과 같은 곳들도 쉽게 접근할 수 있다는 점이 뛰어나며 무엇보다 저렴하다는 것이 강점이다. 도미토리 역시 화장실이 복도 밖이 아닌 방문 안에 있으며 물품구비도 잘 되어 있다는 편리성도 포인트!

I was worried because cleanliness is my top priority. It seemed to have some dust (I had a slight sore throat in the morning), but the exterior was neat and tidy. It was also a very warm and comfortable good rest with an electric mat. If I have another chance to go to Ulsan, I think I will use it here. Thank you boss!
