The stay was comfortable and the room was big. During the graduation season, I almost couldn’t book a place to live. Finally, I booked this hotel with Ctrip urgently. Other platforms showed that there was no room. The room may be unoccupied for a long time, there are a few spiders, and everything else is clean.

We knew coming here that they were doing renovation….we arrived and were greeted by smiling staff happy to serve us and guide us…They also respected our request… the new room was wow…new look , new design….smells new the lobby is all good…and finished… There is free parking…. this hotel is situated next to stores and many restaurants…and on a hill so very quiet… Really happy we didn’t listen to all the negative comments and we will definitely be back…. Housekeeping would try to clean the room at 830am, way before check-out, however, if not checking out, housekeeping would never come to clean the room. The woman working the coffee bar was very rude and not personable at all. She acted like we were inconveniencing her by trying to utilize the services.

We took a suite. I informed the manager that there ;was no closet rod; it was difficult to open and close front door (carpet pile too high); no coffee table so nowhere to eat a meal; poor lighting for reading in bed. I actually expected her to offer a discount or at least an apology. She just kept saying "we're being renovated".

my plans were changed and i couldn't get there. tried to cancel a week ahead and they told me no refund. A week ahead is plenty of time to re-book the room. that really stinks.
Not my choice to stay again.
Oh, and if I'm not wrong i paid for a room that could be canceled if needed. That was ignored as well. Pretty shabby

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The rooms were spacious, well designed and clean. We did not hear any noises from the renovation so we were not disturbed. In addition, the front staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. Finally, we enjoyed the mountain views and having a Target so close by!

It was fine, staff was lovely, just a lot of little things weren’t well maintained or designed. Drippy shower head, shower wallpaper peeling because hot showers, not enough electric plugs near bed, only two tissues in tissue box, no USB ports. A bit out of date and needing a freshen-up. It’s not near uptown or downtown, it’s in the mall area, yet there’s no safe way to walk to the many restaurant offerings on the *****. In sum: reasonably priced and quite acceptable, just not great.
