It is clean and spacious unit and next to Lost World! In the unit there's water filter for drinking, washing machine (no detergent tho). Although I didnt go to the attraction, this is a good location for those who are going. I had was given 2 car parks. Check in and out directions is clear too! Extra plus point is the plushy pillows and extra large bed!! Great view too. (Aside from the construction ongoing, the hills are just right beside me!!

The location of the property is excellent, and the building is well maintained. The unit is equipped with most essential amenities, including a refrigerator, washing machine, water heater, iron, and basic kitchen utensils. However, several advertised facilities were not functional during our stay, including the kitchen stove, chimney hood, living room ceiling fan, and TV. The check-in process could be clearer. I had to contact the property a day in advance to obtain the check-in instructions and pay a RM200 security deposit. The deposit was refunded a few hours after checkout without any issues. The biggest downside of this property is the ongoing construction directly in front of the building. There was constant noise from drilling and blasting, and the area was very dusty. Construction work even continued into the night, making it difficult to relax and causing me a headache. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, it’s worth checking whether the construction has been completed before booking.

Location is amazing just beside Lost world of tambun. Cleanliness was BAD toilet door was dirty did not clean...... and service was bad. Started off by waiting in a long line to register with the guard to show the Qr Code that the Host have generated. When it was finally my turn the Qr code is not working as its an old qr code so the guard system shows someone else have already register. After that host did not reply me for more than 10mins , I saw another person having same issue and the guard pointed to the uncle over there which is the Host staff and just confirming yes its our name who booked and the guard let us in to take our keys in the mailbox. Not sure why this airbnb does not provide tissue paper ...

This hotel is just next to lost world tambun, the unit is big and clean. Kids enjoy all the facility there. Definstely come back again nect holiday.

What I like about the room is that the balcony are facing the Lost world of tambun park. At noght we manage to watch the fire show just feom th room balcony. Clear instructions on how to get and return the keys. Will definitely booked here again.

First time booking apartment for family holiday. At first not sure if we make a right choice. Till we experience and stay, confirmed right choice and no regret! The whole stay from drive through key collection point, parked n open up the unit door, all above our expectation and seamless experience. The unit is very well ID designed and with good function including kitchen. Drinking water LG brand machine was provided so we all can easily access to drinking water. Washing machine come with drying function provided. Bedroom bed is so comfortable. All basic amenities were provided and unit is clean. It’s a good place and good fengshui house for family bonding. The condo facility all look new and well kept. I’ve used its swimming pool, Onsen pool with jacuzzi and sauna. As only one night stay so didn’t experience it’s gym only. The platform owner was very nice and helpful. As we need help with the drinking water machine etc, they are approachable and responsive. Two sets of access card and key was provided make our life so convenient since we were there in two separate cars. With the ID design house, no wonder need to pay deposit of RM200. Surely acceptable. Refund of deposit was also fast and immediately after we check out. Thanks for everything. We all enjoy the stay very much. Looking forward to return to stay again soon. Keep up the good work.
