🌿 Staycation Review – H&W Onsen Suites (Tambun, Ipoh) I recently had a wonderful staycation at H&W Onsen Suites, Sunway Onsen Tambun, and overall the experience was very satisfying and relaxing. The house arrangement was excellent – the unit was very clean, well-organised, and comfortable. Everything was neatly prepared, from the living space to the bedrooms. The interior design feels modern and cozy, making it perfect for a family or small group stay. The space is also very spacious and well-maintained, which makes it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. One of the best parts is definitely the location and view. It is very convenient, just beside Lost World of Tambun, and the scenery from the unit is superb, especially the mountain and theme park view. The environment is peaceful, making it ideal for a short getaway or relaxing staycation. Facilities were also a big plus – especially the onsen-style hot spring pool, which adds a unique and enjoyable experience to the stay. It really makes the stay feel more like a resort-style vacation rather than just a normal apartment stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Parking and security were also good, which adds peace of mind during the trip. ⭐ Overall impression: Everything was great – clean unit, good arrangement, comfortable stay, and excellent location. Highly recommended for families or couples looking for a relaxing staycation in Ipoh.

The host - Weng is very responsive. Checkin is easy just collect the access card from the mailbox and drop it back when checkout. The location is very close to the Lost World theme park but quite a distance to Ipoh city and eateries. The cleanliness needs to improve especially the towel provided.

I love the layout of the apartment. Small yet compact with all furniture that me and my friends need for 1 night. The location is every convenient and the check in and check out is very well instructed by the owner. Definitely gonna stay here again next time

The unit was clean and very near to theme park However some facilities not working well such as digital door lock & water pipe in bathroom

A very nice stay and a good experience overall. 😊 The onsen pool is nice. However there seemed to be an issue with the hot water in the bathroom so we only had cold water.. But definitely a good stay overall! (:

Very comfortable and cozy place perfect for family, I like the management very accommodating to assist us. I will surely book again this unit. The pool my kids enjoy so much. I like the onsen pool and sauna.
