GGuest UserWe had a really nice and comfortable stay at H&W Onsen. The place is clean, cozy, and has a very relaxing vibe. The onsen was great — perfect for winding down after a long day. It’s also a good spot for families, with a calm atmosphere and friendly host - Weng who made us feel welcome. Overall, a lovely place to stay if you’re looking to relax and enjoy some quiet time together.

Unit: Wonderful stay. Overall good but the bed integrated with living hall doesn’t give much privacy. Will be good if a partition is included to separate it from the kitchen. Onsen was good, just have to be careful of the slippery tiles surrounding the pool area.

AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel is clean and well-maintained. I believe most guests choose to stay here because it is within walking distance to Sunway Lost World, which is about 900 meters away.
The location is convenient, with TF Mart in front of the hotel and 99 Speedmart at the back. Parking is very easy, with plenty of spaces available.
The hotel does not provide disposable toiletries, and the room is slightly small. However, aside from that, everything else is quite good.

JJanet HonThe property offers an excellent location with picturesque views of the theme park and mountains from the balcony. The onsen and swimming pool facilities within the hotel are notably comfortable and well-maintained, particularly when compared to those at the theme park.
The primary area for improvement lies in the check-in process, which I found to be inconvenient. It required me to proactively contact the hotel or agent for instructions, rather than receiving direct communication from them.
Despite this, I intend to book this property again on my next visit to Ipoh.

during check in front desk staff informed my room type as not per my booking in website.
wasting my time about hour to call trip.com to settle the issue. finally upgrade with additional own money before trip.com agreed to refund back after show the receipt.😔
pls ensure your website/app update frequently.

Iizatywe were greet with smile although it was 10pm. the hotel is very clean and have a spacious family room. the location is very convenient if you want to stay near to lost world tambun. plenty of parking space and nearby eateries. we will come back again

The stay was pleasant. The unit was good when we entered, the air conditioning was working well.
We did not use the kitchen utensils as we brought our own water heater.
Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow..
Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony.
