First and last booking of this hotel 15/6/24 - 17/6/24
- Bad management. Wrong receipts for the room.
- Move the customer's personal belongings without their knowledge. Even though we have put the number on the booking receipt to make it easy to contact.
- Water facilities should have no reason for the owner to say there is no water. The customer pays for all the facilities provided, so the management should be aware of the problem before offering a room to the customer. This is not the case, we have to find gas stations to pee and shower 🙁

The condition of the room is very bad, the bed sheet, wall and toilet are dirty, the shower head and bathroom door are torn off, there are cockroaches in the room, the past is dim, the TV does not broadcast. Very embarrassing and not worth it.

It was very dirty! The lighting is very dark which make the room feel creepy. The toilet don’t even have a sink. The water heater was broken and when we ask for another room with a water heater, the hotel staff tell us all water heater was broken! The bathroom shower head was also broken and the bathroom floor is dirty as there are leftovers left on the toilet floor and did not be cleaned! The wall was very old and dirty look. The blanket is very dirty and very thin. The water serving outside was also broken with no hot water provided. Then, the hotel staff was smoking all the time and make the hotel corridor and room with the smoke smell! The service was also bad. Not worth at all with RM90+ with 2 person room!!!
