Etenna Beach Bungalows

First of all, the location of facility is one of the best around, just near the beach and accessible easily which comforts you . Restaurant and the service is fair average. Cats are resting on tables and plates where you have your meal on. Towels in the room were used and dirty. We requested new ones and they were unclean again. The bathroom sink was plugged as well. The worst part of my travel which we had to check out early is the room and the amenities were totally different than we saw at sample room photos. We encountered a room with restaurant view and without any green garden where children and cats were trying to penetrate in our room. We explicitly declared that our visit was going to be a 2 years old toddler but we had a room which is totally inappropriate and dangerous for our kid. Additionally we could not find anybody in charge(hotel manager) and unfortunately they rejected our room change request and refund. Thanks ********** for their kind interest and best customer experience approach at this whole unpleasant process. We got our refund with very unpleasant memories on facility side

This was our first holiday with our 11 month old and didn’t know what to expect. The location looked amazing and in reality it turned out to be so much more! Yes, you feel like you are in literal paradise. Its green, its lush, the beach is calm. But the cherry on top is definitely the staff! They are the most caring, loving, patient and involved people I’ve experienced in an establishment. I felt super comfortable letting my baby roam around and ask for anything relating to his many needs. 10/10 would advise for new parents who are anxious to go on a vacation with their baby.

As you can tell from the title, this was a return visit to this gloriously relaxing place. The gardens where the bungalows that comprise the accommodation nestle seem to be able to pull any lingering memories of the busy city or urban living out of you and you at once feel at-one with nature. The accommodation is charmingly rustic and we even had a view of the sea from our window as we lay in bed in the morning. Chickens and cockerels patrol the gardens and are sort of hypnotic as you watch them going about their business as you sit on your verandah listening to the sound of the sea. The bungalows themselves are right on the beach (from our bungalow I would say 20 feet). All of the staff in this wonderful soul-reviving place are friendly and helpful and I have only the highest praise for the waiting staff at the restaurant where we spent most of the time when we were not on the beach. Food is excellent at the restaurant and matches the high level of service, and the restaurant tables have the most scenic location so that you feel next to the sea as you enjoy you mezes (appetisers) or fresh locally-caught fish or excellent breakfast. The waiters have good English and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. There are plenty of things to do around Cirali and bike hire is a good option to quietly get around the place. But if you go to Etenna Beach Bungalows you will probably struggle, like we did, to tear yourself away from the gardens, amazing beaches that are surrounded by unspoilt tree-covered mountains, and animals that make this place so special. My next review will surely be called: Yet Another Perfect Stay at Etenna Beach Bungalows.
