We required some room facilities through hotel application form but it seems nobody reads this. Also the receptionist didn't inform us about additional facilities we can use so we had to remind him. Restaurant food is ok but there is a feeling that there is not enough stuff and that they cannot prepare tables on time. The room was ok but needs renovation. Cooling unit was leaking and during the first night ceiling fell on the floor and we had water all over. Hotel reacted fast and during our breakfast they repaired the ceiling. After repairing water was steel pouring from the climate but ceiling didn't fall again during our stay. Room was cleaned every day and that was ok. Last day we spotted cockroaches on the floor.

We had a nice time in Umag. The property is not far from the beach. The beach is well suited for families with small children, as there is a sandy beach that slopes very gently. The pool is ok, unfortunately it is only open from 10 a.m. and closed from 3

We liked it very much. Nice pool and just outside the center, which can be reached in about 30 minutes.

The apartment and the facility was very clean. The house manager took care of it immediately if you had a request. Our TV receiver was defective and a new one was installed immediately on the same day. The sea is only a few minutes' walk away.

We spent 14 days in Villa Goocia, just fantastic. The owner was always there for us with good tips. He even served us breakfast and it was so delicious. We can only recommend Villa Goccia. Thank you Cherco for everything you have done for us. Kind regards
