Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station.
I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues.

Trevlig personal, fint rum men dåliga kuddar och sängarna var tyvärr inte såeciellt bekväma.
Plus för bastun, hade gärna haft lite stämningsfull musik där dock.
Mycket prisvärt alternativ med middag som ingår. Maten ok men inte mer än så, fisksoppan luktade illa och blev magsjuk strax efter.
Återkommer gärna, tack för en trevlig vistelse!

Kanon fin fint boendet och ingår kvälls middag. Vart lax och riktigt bra middag. Fin bastu och den är gemensam. Bra frukost och mycket att välja på och det redan från 0500.
