Don’t do it to your family. Old decrepit unit.
The only good thing is location. The agent communicated well. But when we complained about numerous issues, all we got was an apology. No refunds, no real substance, just sorry. Place was flooded from the rain though the windows that don’t close. Doors falling off. Dirty couches, the list goes on…

Another amazing holiday at the the Breakers. so close to the beach and so much for the kids to do (pools, slides and kids activities) and the staff were great. Only down side was that there was no aircon at reception so it was very uncomfortable having to visit front desk. I also think it would make a big difference if the deck chairs at the lower and upper pool were upgraded. Thank you to everyone at The Breakers for an amazing holiday!
