Great host and staff, friendly, accomodating and welcoming. The room was clean and comfy. The property has a lovely view of the ocean and is clean and cosy. One recommendation would be to have smaller 2 - 4 seater tables in the breakfast area. Otherwise overall, an absolutely great experience, would do it again, no doubt.

The place was morethan what I expected, I loved their gardens so much because it gives more tranquility . An outstanding kindness from host. The love, they ensure everything is well. Closer to most places also

The Guest House is located in a very secure location andr of restaurants and takeaways. A view to the sea from a garden is amazing The rooms are very spacious and clean. It is a very welcoming place . I will definitely visit it again.

Everyday you get exact same breakfast, it's getting boring! No child seat available, we had to find a solution ouself. She let us pay 50% to much, we are now 4 months later and still buzzy to get our money back! They had planed to do electricity work, so we had to sit in the dark and had no wifi to do business things. We didn't even get some kind of compensation for that. I won't recommend this place at all! And if you go, pay attention with the payment!

This was indeed, a warm and enjoyable experience. First, you are warmly welcomed by the owner, herself. Throughout your stay, she is so professional. The place is quiet and peaceful. I encourage everyone who would like to relax without the buzz and noise of the CBD, to visit this place.

No electricity for almost 2 days, without them even mentioning a compensation. On top of that they charged us 50% to much and now we are still trying to get our money back. They don't reply on our e-mails where we send them the proof of our overpayment. So to summarize, very unproffesional and not honest

Excellent all round stay, bedrooms cleaned daily, home peaceful and kitchen available as necessary, breakfast excellent. Christmas was very special with a delightful Christmas table laid. Parking, secure road, excellent host. Quiet room. Pool sparkling, easy access to all amenities and shopping centres, beaches, main roads.

The core issue on this stay was that while I clearly booked Suite 3 specifically on the site, on arrival I was given Room 1 and told that the previous client had extended his stay.
This was done without solutions to accommodate my booking nor compensation for the change which was inconvenient for me, given I had opted for Room 3 because of a desk I needed for working.
While the room was comfortable, it did inconvenience and I was provided no excuse nor service to apologize.

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. The garden is fantastic with a view of the ocean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Planning to go back.
