We understood our payment to have gone through the day before we arrived. Apparently it didn’t and from then on we reminded three times and visited in our three times being harassed to pay. I understood this behaviour when I finally got hold of Sandra. Very combative very aggressive which was totally unnecessary. Definitely won’t be going back.

My wife an I attended a family event in Durban and needed a place to stay and have some rest , we found Sandringham to fulfill our needs, with a welcome delicious breakfast in the morning before our journey back home. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Very kind staff and excellent value for money. Would definitely make use of this facility again. Good value for money in this range. Very central as well with good access to every part of Umhlanga. See you again soon.
