The rooms were very neat and clean. Everything was perfect including your Wi-Fi connection. The food is up to standards, and I was very impressed with their lunch packs. I really had a great stay there and I will definitely come back in future.

A**osphere is great from the reception to restaurant and breakfast pack that I had was fresh and appetizing... Dinner was well presented with options to choose from....it had starters, mains and dessert Room was elegant, spacious and neat.... Much appreciated,,keep up the good work

Dinner was not good, I am not sure if it was because we came late and our food was pre-packed for us. Otherwise the stay was good the rooms are clean and friendly.

The service was excellent, but improvements can be made especially in meals, and the rooms should be furnished with the latest furniture.

We would like to thank the Hotel staff for making our Mom's 80th birthday lunch a memorable one. The staff were extremely flexible helping us with the arrangements prior to the lunch and also ensuring everything ran smoothly during our family gathering. The hotel also provided contacts for a birthday cake (La Maison) which was not only very elegantly decorated but also tasted delicious.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and up-market. The breakfast was great. The family executive room was very spacious and mini fridges came in handy. We had sea facing views which was stunning and relaxing. We will definitely come back. Thank you for the excellent service.

Best service ever by staff (from check in to restaurant), with very welcoming views and beautiful rooms.... I enjoyed each minute I spent appreciating the ocean views up to the pool deck, with easy access into the hotel from all sides of the N2

Umthunzi Hotel and conference was marvelous from the moment we arrived staff members were friendly and helpful to us. We had great time our room was clean and we had quality time with out any noise. Food was marvelous and we really enjoyed our trip. I will be visiting umthunzi Hotel and conference very soon they made my family feel at home.
