Já fiquei nesse hotel em outras oportunidades e foi incrível, porém dessa vez tive um contratempo, acabei não chegando a tempo na propriedade e quando fui tentar diálogo com um atendente por whatsapp foi terrivelmente mal atendida, precisam melhorar muito o treinamento dos funcionários, nem parece o mesmo local de antes.

Bom hotel, excelente localização e de fácil acesso. Quarto amplo com boa estrutura, a TV poderia ser melhor, pois é um monitor/TV o que não gera uma boa experiência para quem quer se distrair um pouco. O banheiro é amplo e com uma boa ducho com água quente trazendo um conforto. Único ponto fica para o barulho, qualquer barulho externo parece que está dentro do quarto, até a TV dos quartos ao lado consegue ouvir. O café da manhã é bem servido, com boas opções. O estacionamento do hotel é bem pequeno, ruim de estacionar e ainda cobram uma taxa extra.

A estadia foi muito confortável. O pessoal da recepção foi muito atencioso. O hotel estava atendendo os protocolos de higiene para prevenção da Covid-19. O local estava muito limpo e o café da manhã estava bem "caprichado". Minha viagem ocorreu por motivos de trabalho, mas também pude ter momentos de descanso e passeio durante a estadia. Voltarei a me hospedar novamente lá quando retornar para a cidade. Recomendo o Hotel Caiuá Express.
