We were Four and were for our In Service Training and stay here we all feel good and all things was good food and beverage service including staff everthing was good furthermore location of hotel is very goof reacahable from everywhere #f&b staff was very suppurative

Fabulous staff and a very comfortable stay. We were 10 ppl and they took good care of us. Nikita was always proactive from booking till checkout. Perfect service. Amazing food, tasty and well served. Will definitely re-visit.

They served the best hospitality in this small city. Professional staff dealing. Rooms are well maintained and clean properly. Amazing experience. There is also one big banquet hall for parties and marriage function. So, guys overall this property has worth of our money 💰.

We normally stay a night in Una whenever we head to Himachal, whether it’s towards Palampur and ********** or to Manali. It helps break journey and eases driving. This time was our first visit to this hotel and what a pleasant experience it turned out to be. From the very helpful, smiling and beaming Vijay Chauhan who showed us the property before we checked in and then who later took care of us throughout, to the friendly management and staff our saty was a breeze. The food was nice, they have a bar, the service was excellent as was their attention to detail to the point they didn’t need to be told if the cars could be cleaned they already had a chap on the job for all the guest vehicles parked there. The rooms were clean and comfortable and location just right whether one wants to head to Manali via Hamirpur or onward to Palampur. Their hospitality, eagerness to be of service, friendliness and overall professionalism was great to see and experience. No wonder a lot of locals also patronise the hotel because we saw guests roll in for dinner or a tipple. All in all a nice comfortable and warm stay… a great way to gear up for the long road ahead especially if you’re on a road trip
