Terrible room with a view of the construction site, no air conditioning, no hot water, no hair dryer, no paper. This is a ruined vacation. Mosquitoes and ants in the room. And we paid an extra 10 thousand rubles for air conditioning in the room. They never cleaned. There are paid sun loungers on the beach

Я выбрала и ОПЛАТИЛА номер стандарт двухместный. По прибытию мне сообщили, что стандартов нет и меня разместили в 4х местном номере. Временно! Через два дня меня переселяют в номер, который даже близко не соответствует номеру стандарт, о котором информация в рекламе. Я не говорю о том, насколько это неудобно переезжать! Опять собирать чемоданы! По обещанию в рекламе заявлены сушилка и вешалки, туалетно-косметические принадлежности. Нет ни того, ни другого. Опять идти и выпрашивать? Кому интересно, сравните фото из рекламы с моими. И! В рекламе ни в одном из номеров не указан холодильник. Это говорит о том, что это будет лотерея. Повезёт, он будет, не повезёт, вам скажут, а вам он не положен. Много путешествую, бывала и в хостелах, и в гостевых домах, и отелях от 2х до 5 звёзд. Но ТАКОГО номера я не видела нигде. Это самый наихудший номер. Входная дверь не закрывается плотно, ждите комаров. Горячей воды нет, везде мураши и всё буквально нужно было выпрашивать, начиная от фена, заканчивая холодильником. В номере всего две розетки, в одну подключен холодильник, в другую роутер. И то и другое нужно было выпрашивать. И куда подключать фумигатор (привезла с собой), телефон......? Осталось "отдыхать" 4 дня и жду, когда же они пройдут. Это самый худший отдых в моих путешествиях.
