Merci Valerie et Dany pour votre chaleureux accueil. Un hôtel rural où il fait bon s’arrêter. Nous avons trouvé un lieu de repos proche du désert des Bardenas dans un tout petit village Uncastillo qui possède un héritage historique et culturel. À recommander. Elisabeth & Bernard

L'accueil irréprochable, les propriétaires sont très gentils et se mettent en quatre pour nous rendre service et nous rendre le séjour agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extraordinaire et les repas très bons, confectionnés avec des produits frais. Les chambres très propres et confortables. On a l'impression d'être des invités. Bel emplacement pour visiter les bardenas

What a wonderful place to stay in such an idyllic historic place. Dany and Valeria were great hosts and showed us some really good places to visit and where to see the historic places around the village. We will definitely visit again in 2024 Davie and Mary Scotland

Notre séjour de 5 nuits a été inoubliable a la Pastora et nous avons été enchantés par l'accueil, la disponibilité de Dany et Valeria et la qualité de confort de l'hotel et des repas . La Posada est situé en plein coeur d'Uncastillo , avec possibilité de stationner à proximité et nous avons apprécié l'ensemble des prestations ainsi que la gentillesse et la serviabilté des propriétaires . Le village est charmant et tranquille et à proximité se trouvent des bars et quelques commerces sympathiques . Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement et l'avons quitté à regret

Daniel et Valeria ont repris cet établissement depuis moins d’un an et, forts de leur longue expérience dans l’hôtellerie, ils font des merveilles et élèvent leur profession au rang d’un art, celui d’accueillir les voyageurs d’un jour ou d’une semaine. Un exemple parmi d autres : normalement il faut réserver le repas au moins 4 ou 5 heures avant mais quand nous leur avons dit que tous les restaurants étaient fermés et que nous allions prendre la voiture pour dîner à une quinzaine de kilomètres ils ont décrété qu’il n’en était pas question et nous ont proposé quelques plats possibles pour un cas de force majeure comme celui-ci, bien nous en a pris de nous laisser faire et nous eûmes droit à un véritable régal avec un risotto aux fruits de mer, de la morue dans une sauce exotique, des lasagnes avec des pimientos de padron, enfin des desserts tout aussi réussis ont continué à nous faire subir cette douce violence. Petit déjeuner dans la même veine. Literie parfaite, savonnettes et gel de grande qualité, décor agréable, propreté littéralement éblouissante tant la blancheur des draps et des serviettes est inhabituelle. Un endroit comme on n’en fait plus pour être choyés d’une manière régressive.

Valeria and Dany are super helpful and friendly hosts - nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room with small balcony was clean and comfortable, meals good and so we thoroughly enjoyed our short 2 nights stay. Unctastillo is a lovely village, the castle well worth a visit and La Posada the perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay at La Posada in Uncastillo. Dani, Valeria and Lucia looked after us so well and made our stay in Uncastillo memorable. The hotel is a little gem in a very beautiful setting. We felt this was a truly authentic experience of hospitality in the region. The food was homely, delicious and authentic, both for breakfast and our evening meals. Our room was very clean and tidy with a small balcony looking onto the plaza near Santa Maria - beautiful. Thank you for making us so welcome.

We (bravely) decided to stay 4 nights at the Posada (without knowing it) to explore the fascinating area and we were so happy with the decision! Dany and Valerie were completely the best hosts ever. Helping with decisions where to go after a delicious breakfast and then to return to be best supper and local wine, really delicious. We had the suite which was so comfortable and they have done a great renovation in the last few years. Many many thanks, we will be back!
