Kahramanmaraş ' a deprem bölgesinde yapılması gerekilen imar faaliyetleri sebebiyle seyahat etme imkanım oldu . Öncelikle şehirde depremi hasarsız atlatabilen, yıkıma uğramayan tek otel olması sebebiyle içim rahat bir şekilde uyuyabildim. Personeller çok güler yüzlü çalışanlardı. Tüm taleplerimizi memnuniyetle yerine getirdiler. kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Odalar tertemizdi. Hijyen maksimum seviyedeydi. Açık büfe kahvaltıda ise çeşit ***et yeterli seviyedeydi. Tekrar Kahramanmaraş' a seyehat edince geleceğim tek adres burası oldu

İş amacıyla konakladığım bu otelden genel anlamıyla memnun kaldım. Rahatlıkta 5 üzerinden 4 puan verebilirim. Merkeze araçla 10-15 dakikalık bir uzaklıkta olmasının yanında otopark kolaylığı benim için rahatlık oldu. Tam merkezde kalmak isteyenler için yanlış tercih olur. Otelde çalışanlar ve temizlik hizmetleri iyiydi, otelde ortak bölgelerin iç dekorasyonu ve mobilyaları iyiydi, fakat odalar biraz eskimiş 10 sene öncesinde kalmış. Odada lazım olabilecek bazı eşantiyonlar eksikti ve wi-fi da bazen sorun yaşadım. Kahvaltısı genel olarak çeşit anlamında zayıf ama yediklerim lezzetliydi, personel yardımseverdi. Merkezde kalmam gerekmeyecekse tekrar bu otelde iş amacıyla konaklamak isterim.

This hotel threw us the best wedding party!!! They were so easy and amazing to work with. We have folks telling us that it was the most beautiful wedding party they have EVER attended! Melike and the staff were fab. They made my husband and I feel so special, especially with our newlywed room. They also took GREAT care of my folks during this, their first trip to Türkiye. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have stayed there quite a few times but this time they made us feel very uncomfortable from start. me and my sister booked two separate rooms on our arrival they asked us very stupid questions and asking us to prove that we are brother and sister. When I asked them why would I need to do that as we have our own rooms they said it’s their policy If we didn’t prove they would cancel our booking it was 9 pm if u know maras there isn’t many choice especially that time a night. More I tried to make sense of the situation more stupid it became My sister is married so her surname wouldn’t match mine after a lot of arguments they eventually let us stay honestly all my travels I have never came a cross anything as stupid as this
