Me and 4 kids stayed 2 nights. Everthing was clean,hotel smelled nice. Pool was perfect for the children. They were sad we had to leave!

We were greeted by the friendliest staff at checkin. Our room was immaculate and comfy. Everything worked as it should. Had a great night sleep. Checkout was prompt and again the staff was very pleasant to work with. Will stay again !!

Exceeded pur expectations!by far the cleanest and friendliest rooms we have stayed at during our road trip. Rooms were spotless which makes for a comfy nights sleep and hotel staff was kind and pleasant. We didn’t need help with anything because accommodation was great . There is clearly a lot of pride in the care they take of their facilities and customers- and at such an affordable rate

Hotel front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, I was able to secure early check in at 12PM. Housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. Morning breakfast bar included a waffle maker and batter.

Biggest complaint was finding a cockroach climbing up the wall next to the mirror in the bathroom. Other things that bothered me: the smell of my room (like a long term tenant with poor hygiene had cleared out last minute just so I could stay for the night), limited options for breakfast, and the incessant banging of hallway doors like people were coming and going throughout the night. All other issues are to be expected for a 2 star hotel.

Came to Union with my grandma to be with family while my great uncle was in hospice care. He passed while we were here and we needed to add more nights. We spoke to Vicki at the front desk and she was nothing short of sweet and kind towards myself and my grandma. She was very helpful and seemed to really care about our situation.
