The Front Desk Reception Staff and Housekeeping/Maintenance Staff are professional, friendly and are committed to excellent Customer Service. Complimentary Breakfast is excellent. Great coffee! Facility amenities are well maintained. Love the fact it is "Pet Friendly"!! Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful and service was great. But the only complaint I had was the hot tub wasnt working and in the morning the pool was closed as well. We went there mainly for thoses reasons. But overall it was a nice place. And I called to verify if hot tub and pool was working they told me yes.

We are Hilton honors members and booked online on ******* website. Upon arrival we were told the room we booked was only qualified for a handicap room. The hotel was not at capacity. The person at the front desk was rude and would not allow us to switch. The room was disheveled; wallpaper peeling, dust ruffle on the floor, stained chair. Our last stay at this hotel unfortunately. Our family lives in New Castle and we have stayed there many times. It appears this hotel is a bad representation of the Hampton brand.

Thanks to “Verdant” climate control and despite one receptionist’s effort the AC cut out on a preset schedule. It actually switched to heat in the middle of the night or turned itself off when no motion was detected.
After the “Free” WiFi took over a half hour to set up with tech support it cutout whenever we tried to stream.
We watched a housekeeper reach through a room’s trash, leaving the used plastic bag in the wastebasket for the next occupants.
The complimentary tea was helpful, though.
